Upon your arrival at the St Marteen, Princess Juliana airport, you will be greeted by one of our agents as you get off the shuttle. The agent will have already checked you in for your next flight, allowing you direct access to the transit area. Our agent will escort you through immigration via a priority lane (Fast-track, if available).You will then be escorted through the security area to your boarding gate. You can begin to relax while one of our agents collects your luggage and checks it onto your flight. Tags will be added to facilitate their transfer.
In order to offer the best service, our agents will do their best to get you on the first available flight to Saint Barth. When the time comes, you will be escorted to the bus that will take you to the plane.
Our agents in charge in Saint Martin will make sure that the VIP team in Saint Barth is informed of your departure, so that all concerned people have been warned of your imminent arrival (hotel driver, villa manager, car rental, friends or family...)

In Saint Barth, an agent will take over as soon as you get off the plane, and escort you through passport control. He will collect your luggage and accompany you to your representative outside the arrival hall.
However, if your luggage does not arrive on the same flight as you, it will be our duty to deliver it to your place of residence as soon as it arrives.
