Upon your arrival at Pointe-à-Pitre Airport, Le Raizet, you will be welcomed either at the end of the jet bridge or after immigration (depending on your arrival time and the origin of your flight) by one of our agents holding a sign with your name.

Your agent will escort you through immigration, then accompany you downstairs to collect your luggage if it is not checked through to Saint Barthélemy.
If needed, our agent will assist you in checking your luggage at the connecting airline’s counter.

Next, your VIP agent will guide you to the Regional Terminal and directly to your boarding gate, assisting you through both immigration and security.
