DEPARTURE

Be greeted by our agent upon your arrival at the airport.
(It is possible to arrange a private driver for your transfer to the airport if necessary). Our greeter will contact the driver to coordinate your arrival.
If we have all details about you and your expectations, the service will be better and smooth! (The information expected is often: flight number, PNR reference/record locator, your passport copies, number of luggage to check in)
You will be accompanied to the check-in counters, through customs and Border Inspection Post controls, to your boarding gate, or the lounge (if you are eligible) or at your convenience in the departure terminal of your flight.
The agent will not be present for your boarding at the plane, only if you really want it, an additional cost will be added.

TRANSIT

If you are in transit, you will be greeted at the exit of the aircraft or at the end of the gangway with a sign with your name or a personalization given by the booker.
You will be accompanied to your departure terminal at the gate or lounge (if you are eligible) or at your convenience in the terminal, passing through the various security controls using the fast track.
The agent will not be present for your boarding to the plane, only if you really want it, an additional cost will be added.

When you arrive, our agent will be waiting for you at the exit of the plane or at the end of the gangway with a sign with your name or a personalization given by the booker.
You will be accompanied to the exit of the terminal to join your vehicle (driver, taxi or other) while passing first by the customs formalities, and after the reception of your checked luggage (if you have any of course).
The agent will help you in case of any problem with the luggage. (Missing or damaged luggage...)
